Central Missouri Honor Flight...

This was such an incredible night. Have you heard of Central Missouri Honor Flights???
American veterans and our heroes can take a trip of a lifetime to visit the memorials in Washington DC that were dedicated to honor their service. So many heroes have never been to see the monuments that were built in their honor.  The World War 2 monument was opened to the public in 2004, and sadly so many of our veteran heroes never got the chance to see it in person. Click on the link above to see how you can help or if you know of a veteran who would love to have the chance to see the sights in person.

This night, which was my very first time attending, we welcomed 68 veterans, who arrived by bus with over 500 motorcycle escorts, called the Honor Flight Riders. It was such an amazing experience and to see these men and women who sacrificed themselves for our country and to thank them was such an honor...
